Camps and clinics are an opportunity for training with a more intensive focus on specific areas of skill and technique development infused with an educational component designed to broaden the understanding of the sport of triathlon and enhance performance through a better understanding of general training principles. Camps and clinics are open to everyone (annual membership is required). Unless otherwise noted all camps and clinics are designed to meet the needs of athletes of both the developmental and those on the high performance team with athletes being divided into training groups based on skill, experience and age.
Camps are generally 3-5 days (usually over a weekend) with one or more training sessions each day covering specific aspects of each element of the sport of triathlon. Additionally, camps provide opportunities to bring in guest coaches, professionals and specialists in the region to share their experiences and knowledge with the athletes and, of course, these are great opportunities to interact with athletes with similar interests through our team building activities.
