AERO Team Policies
- AERO athletes are expected to adhere to the Athlete Code of Conduct (see registration documents). Violation of the code of conduct by the athlete will result in either a warning, suspension or expulsion from the team as determined by the coaching staff based.
- AERO parents are expected to adhere to the Parent Code of Conduct (see registration documents). In most cases, a first time violation of the code of conduct will result in parents being required to take an online course through the Alliance for Positive Coaching ($30). In the case of a second violation or if a first violation is determined by the head coaches to be particularly detrimental to the mission of the organization, the athlete will be expelled from the team.
- New athletes are welcome to try out the team. Registration is required but there is no payment commitment for the first week. An invoice will be generated with payment due on the second week of practices. If the athlete decides not to continue with the team after the first week, no payment is due.
- Make-up practices on other group training days will not be allowed, and athletes cannot substutite training days with those of another training group.
